When we arrived home from Florida we worked on the plans and
prepared for my dad’s 90th birthday.
It was fun but busy. We had cake
and ice cream at the Cove on Friday afternoon, February 1. There were over 100 people that came through the line.
The family celebration was on Saturday, February 2, his
birthday. We had the Fults Rec room from
9 am – 9 pm. It was a great time. We had soups, dessert and of course Chocolate Angel Food cake. Everyone in the immediate family was able to
come except for Sean Myers who had basketball games. Dad read a story and played his harmonica. Games were played and lots of visiting took place.
